What does the $99 include?
Every feature in the product, in every market we cover — search, lists and reports, the CRM, lead capture forms, guest cards and commission invoicing. There is no per-city charge and no feature locked behind a higher tier. See the full feature list.
How does pricing work for a team?
It is the same plan at the same price, billed per seat. A manager signs up, starts with one seat, and each agent they invite adds another $99 per month. You can add and remove seats as your team changes.
Do you cover my market?
SparkAPT covers Austin, DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago and Denver. If you work somewhere else, tell us where — market requests are how we decide what to open next.
Do you offer API access?
Yes — as a separate add-on, $1,500 a month, on top of your $99 plan rather than instead of it. It is available to any SparkAPT user, individual or team. There is no self-serve signup: once we have talked through what you need, we switch API access on for your account and send you the key. Talk to us about API access.
What happens during the free trial?
You get 3 days with every feature switched on — nothing is held back. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again.
Who can sign up?
SparkAPT is built for licensed real estate agents and brokers doing apartment locating. It is not a consumer apartment search tool.
